Monthly Support Groups
Are you living with a mental illness and suffering in silence? Do you have a family member, loved one or friend who lives with a mental illness?
NAMI Portage-Wood Counties offers free monthly Support Groups to help you cope and connect with others who will understand and be a listening ear.
Peer Support Groups for individuals living with mental illness and Family Support Groups for family members or friends who have a loved one dealing with mental illness.
Our support groups are open to the public and lead by trained facilitators who also deal with mental illness or have a loved one who suffers from this brain disease.
PLEASE NOTE—Our Marshfield Peer Support Group which was hoping to return In-Person has been temporary put on hold. We are sorry for this inconvenience and will keep you updated here and on our Facebook page with updates.
Anyone is welcomed to join the virtual peer support group offered monthly. See below for details.
All other groups remain Virtual through Zoom.

We still offer a virtual Peer Support Group via Zoom on the First Thursday of each month from 6:15–7:45 p.m.
